Deichmann Boots Stitching Fail After Less Than a Year

At the beginning of winter, I bought a pair of boots from Deichmann, but the stitching on one heel came undone. The company claimed after inspection that it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. If they don’t consider a seam coming apart within a year as covered by warranty, it implies they sell products without guarantees. I didn't ask for a refund or an exchange, just a simple repair, but this request was also denied. I will exercise my consumer rights and contact the relevant authority to ensure Deichmann addresses this issue. Unfortunately, this process will take some time. Due to the company's lack of support and responsibility for their products, I can’t recommend this brand.
As the Deichmann family, we thank our customer for their interest. The complaint of our valued customer has been carefully evaluated and the necessary information has been provided by phone. We regret to inform you that we cannot proceed with an exchange or refund as no manufacturing defect has been found in the product. Sincerely, Deichmann TR, Customer Relations

Since human nature does not involve dragging the heel on the ground while walking, the seam opening is a manufacturing defect. You are working with a mindset of evasion rather than solution-oriented.
