Wrong Ice Cream Delivery - I Cannot Get My Refund
On September 12, 2025, I placed an order from Cold Stone through Yemeksepeti (Order No: vX - qv). Although I ordered sugar-free ice cream, a different ice cream was delivered. We stated that we wanted to cancel the order without receiving it, but we were told we had to make the payment first and could request a refund afterward. After paying by credit card at the door, I submitted a refund request through live support. However, they informed me that due to a system issue, they could not process anything and did not complete the refund. In the past, I experienced a similar problem and my refund was issued without any issue. Now, under the same circumstances, I am not being helped. I am requesting a refund of the ₺944 I paid, or at least a gift voucher. I kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved as soon as possible.
