DeFacto Canceled My Discounted Coat Order on N11 Without Explanation

On January 9, 2025, I ordered a discounted coat from DeFacto through the N11 website with order number 206512329837. The order was completed, and the product cost was charged to my card. However, on January 10, 2025, my order was canceled by the site or seller without any explanation. I was not informed about any stock issues or problems with the transaction, which adds to my frustration. This kind of service damages trust in both the seller and the platform. If you cannot sell or supply the product, there is no need to waste people's time. I would like the cancellation to be reversed and the product delivered to me as originally promised.
