DeFacto Order Canceled After Price Increased, No Support

Three days ago, I bought numerous products from DeFacto on the N11 marketplace at a discount. This morning, I realized that seven of my products had been canceled without my permission, and a return request had been submitted.
When I contacted N11 customer support, they informed me that the store reserves the right to cancel orders if an item is out of stock. However, when I verified the canceled items, they were all still in stock, albeit at three times the price I paid!
This is outrageous! You have a large store and are prepared to inconvenience consumers to make a little extra money. When I called DeFacto customer service and explained the matter, all they responded was, "Yes, there's nothing we can do..."
Shame on you, N11 and DeFacto! I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
