DeepL keeps billing me monthly even after cancellation, how can I reach support and fix this?

First, go into your account at https://www.deepl.com/account to confirm your subscription status.

Check that the "Subscription" column says "Cancelled" and that the scheduled deactivation date is correct.

If the cancellation was not properly processed, follow these steps to terminate your subscription: Scroll to the bottom of the "Subscription" page and select "Terminate Subscription".

To report illegal charges, submit a request through DeepL Support's Help Center (https://support.deepl.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).

Provide details about the problem, including dates and any relevant documentation.

DeepL does not provide phone or live chat help, thus all communications should be sent using their online request form.

If you canceled during the free trial or within the withdrawal period, you may be entitled to a refund.
