I signed up for DeepL’s free version, but after using it for two days, I decided to cancel my subscription. However, I just received an email with a subscription summary stating that I owe $104.88.

When I checked my account, there was no visible invoice or charge, so I have no idea if I will actually be billed for this amount. Why is DeepL trying to charge me for a free trial? There are no clear contact options for customer support, making it impossible to get a direct answer.
