Decathlon Product Delivery Problem
I placed an order from Decathlon Store on 19.05.2025 at 15:30 and made my payment via the application with the store pick-up option (delivery within 1 hour option). I purchased it by mail while your order was being prepared. When I went to the store 3 hours later to pick up the product that was stated to be ready in 1 hour and in stock, it was stated that the product was not ready and there was an ongoing stock error in the stock. They traveled for minutes to pick up the product from the store and they stated that they applied continuous requests to my address free of charge to resolve my grievance but that something was being done. What's worse is that when we checked my mails back home, a return was created for the product and my order was canceled. Despite a return transaction delivery by me, a return in the form of "your return request number" did not seem ethical at all. I present my grievance to you. Best regards,
