Decathlon Marked My Tent as Delivered but I Never Received the Package

My tent, which I purchased online from Decathlon on 03.05.2025, is marked as delivered even though I have not received it. I have encountered this situation, and perhaps it’s the first time in my life I’ve experienced something like this. I even checked with my neighbors and local courier branches to make sure it wasn’t delivered to the wrong address, but there was no sign of the package. Despite all this, no one from Decathlon has followed up or offered a proper explanation. I feel completely victimized by Decathlon, as neither customer service nor store employees have made any real effort to resolve my issue. I will never recommend this company again, either personally or to my friends.
