Decathlon Hasn't Shipped My Online Coat Order After Several Days

I live in Turkey and bought a coat online from Decathlon on the 21st. I thought the delivery would go smoothly. But, even though days have passed, my order still hasn't been sent. I've been waiting for more than 4–5 days. Given Decathlon's image, it's very frustrating that every time I call customer service, they don't help me or let me know what's going on with my order. I had thought that the process would be easy and that customer service would reassure me, but that hasn't happened. My order number is tr3117707696. I'm still waiting for my coat to ship, and I'd appreciate it if you could help me fix this problem right away.
