Order Pickup Delayed at Decathlon Kentpark Due to Store Mix-Up

I ordered a product from Decathlon's online store for in-store pickup, specifically at the Ankara Kentpark branch. Despite selecting "Store Pickup" and being informed the order would arrive by November 15th, I faced delays. I chose the store pickup option to avoid excessive waiting, unaware of the unclear 1-hour delivery option. The order, seemingly in stock at the warehouse and the Ankara Kent Park store, proved unchangeable. I can't cancel the order as it's already en route, and the closed customer service line adds to the frustration. Why can't I cancel an order due to arrive at the store? Store officials blamed different systems and claimed systemic limitations, showcasing a lack of initiative and problem-solving skills. It's 2023, and the dependency on rigid systems and unresponsive personnel is disappointing. As a paying customer, I expect better. I paid for the product, and I have a simple request. I don't want to wait an extra four days; I want to swap my order for the available in-store product. If you can't fulfill this basic request, I won't consider shopping with Decathlon in the future. My time is valuable, and I won't go out of my way to visit your store twice. If I can't pick up my order from your store tomorrow, I'll cancel it upon arrival. I won't be ordering from Decathlon in the future.
