Decathlon Delivery Delay Can't Be Rationalized, It's Not Grand Company Behaviour
Decathlon could not send my product for 10 days.Even though I send e-mails, I receive computer messages.When I received my product they said it would arrive soon. placed the order through a staff member at the Decathlon store in Kayseri. The store employee mentioned that using this method would result in earlier delivery of the product. Despite placing the order on November 26, 2023, there has been no progress. I wonder what would happen if a similar situation occurred in European stores. They don't usually say 'there's a crowd, come back later' during payment...
