Decathlon Stores Leading to Unsuccessful Return Attempts

I called the Decathlon One Tower store to ask if they had equestrian products, and they informed me that Kentpark and Ankamall stores carried them. I traveled to Kentpark specifically for this, only to be told they don’t sell these items. After a wasted trip, I went to Ankamall and purchased part of what I needed. Later, I discovered that One Tower actually had some of the items I was searching for. Despite the miscommunication, I stayed calm and completed my purchase at One Tower.
When I asked if I could return or exchange the items at any Decathlon store, I was told that I could. Today, however, when I went to Kentpark for a return, they refused, claiming they couldn’t accept returns for items they don’t sell. I called One Tower again in front of Kentpark staff, and they confirmed that I should be able to return the items, yet the Kentpark employee still denied the return, saying I had to go back to One Tower.
Due to a lack of proper communication and customer service, I’ve now spent over a week visiting multiple stores across Ankara. I request that my return be processed as soon as possible and that a solution is provided for this inconvenience.

Hello, Could you tell me the outcome of my complaint and how it was resolved? A gentleman called me and asked if someone from the center had contacted me. I said no and explained the situation again. He said he would look into the matter and get back to me. Was this the follow-up that was mentioned?
