I placed my order tr2114274365 over the internet to be delivered from your Ankara kentpark AVM decathlon store. the distance from my house to your store is 20 km, I traveled 20 km with my car to get the product, I came and got my product, but when I returned home, I saw that the color of the product was not black but blue (I received it from the lady named ö***.) then I came to your store again. I asked the lady named ö*** why then you have a black product in your store stock, she politely apologized and said that you don't. Then the store official came (and this person did not share his name with me.) He said rudely that there was no black product in the store. Then I said okay, then provide me with the black one from another store or from the warehouse wherever it is (I don't know this situation). we can't provide it, we can get a refund. they said we can't provide it, we can get a refund, and I said look, I traveled 20 km for this product, I traveled a total of 40 km and 40 km because you gave me the wrong product, I traveled a total of 80 km (1 product money), this situation does not work with apologizing. provide me the product or ship it to my home, I want this product, or I said who is responsible for why it is in stock in your store, and the store official already ignored me and disappeared. Can I learn the name of the store official? I said I will report this situation to the headquarters, and the employee named Yılmaz at the cash register said rudely "we do not share names as required by kvk" even though I did not talk to him. (his tone of voice is full of arrogance.) Although he was not authorized in the situation and I did not talk to him, I told him this situation, I said that the issue is not related to you, you are not authorized, and I am not talking to you either. In other words, the name of the store official was not shared with me so that I would not report the situation to you. Or can they give me a pink color as a man because it is not black, or can they give me a pink color because it is not black, as if they say this is the market place or this is the market place, take whatever you have. Also, don't I have the right to learn the name of the store official, and why I travel 40 km more because of your mistake, does the apology cover my financial loss, and I also demand my financial loss. Why the security guard comes immediately around the cash register is available in the camera records. Did I shout at someone or insult someone. Or was I involved in theft in your store, people are looking at me and I was uncomfortable with this situation. I definitely want to be reached and I want my product to be sent to my home by compensating my damages and eliminating my victimization.
