I Report Decathlon Çorlu Refusing Warranty For Product Bought Abroad

I am reporting a significant issue with the Çorlu Decathlon store, which has refused to even examine a product I purchased from Decathlon Bulgaria five months ago, despite me having the membership details and receipt. The Velcro on the product has torn, indicating a potential manufacturing defect.
I previously experienced a similar issue with a product at the Eskişehir Decathlon store, where they promptly replaced it due to a manufacturing defect. This positive past experience led me to expect the same level of service. However, the Çorlu Decathlon staff, after consulting with their manager over the phone, dismissed my request by simply stating it was an "international product" and refused to assist. This blatant disregard for customer service and brand consistency is deeply frustrating.
This situation has caused me considerable emotional distress and inconvenience, as I am left with a faulty product that should be covered under warranty, regardless of the purchase location within Decathlon's global network. The inconsistency in service between stores is unacceptable. I urgently request that Decathlon investigate this matter, honor the warranty on my product, and either repair or replace it.
