Decathlon Stainless Steel Thermos Rusted After 1 Month



On September 4, 2025, I purchased a Decathlon Outdoor Stainless Steel Thermos – 0.5 L – Practical Lid – Blue – 900 model (Order No: TR3770474326) through Decathlon’s official website. The product was delivered to my home address in Adıyaman city center. My children have been using this thermos regularly for about a month and a half, five days a week, to take to school. For cleaning, we have only washed it with water, without using any chemicals.
However, despite being purchased quite recently, I noticed rust forming on the exterior surface of the thermos today. Additionally, there is now a bad odor inside the thermos. I have not yet checked the warranty or return/exchange options, and I have not contacted Decathlon customer service about this issue. I learned that the product comes with a 10-year warranty.
It is unacceptable for a stainless steel thermos to develop rust and odor in such a short time. I request that my product be replaced with a new one or that a new thermos be sent to me as soon as possible. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved promptly.
