On February 7, 2025, I purchased a Rockrider ST530 S model bicycle from Decathlon’s online store for ₺39,990 using my credit card. At the end of August, the bike’s shock component burst and began leaking oil. Although it is under warranty, the Ankara One Tower store failed to resolve the issue. They first claimed it was not covered by the warranty, and even after we offered to pay for the repair, they delayed us for weeks, saying the part had to be ordered from abroad. My bike stayed at the store for weeks without any progress. When I called the One Tower store, they said the part would arrive but could not provide a date. They even tried to blame us over the phone, saying we had added accessories like pedals. However, I believe the product is clearly under warranty and that such a malfunction is not due to user error. My son has been unable to use the bike for a long time, and we have been left disappointed after paying what feels like the price of two bikes. Since no solution was offered, we retrieved the defective bicycle from the store, and it remains unfixed. I am extremely dissatisfied with Decathlon’s after-sales service and spare part support. My order number is TR3364283554. I request that the product be repaired free of charge under warranty and that the required part be supplied immediately.
