Due to this situation, I lost the 250 TL discount that I benefited from the bank's campaign, which caused me financial loss, in my meeting with the store and customer representative, the representative did not act solution-oriented, they did not take responsibility. I demand that my damage be covered by doing what is necessary. This is irresponsibility.!
