However, after waiting for 20 days, I received an e-mail saying that the product was returned when I had to receive it, but when the process was prolonged, I called and informed. Due to this situation, I lost the 250 TL discount that I benefited from the bank's campaign, which caused me financial loss, in my meeting with the store and customer representative, the representative did not act solution-oriented, they did not take responsibility. I demand that my damage be covered by doing what is necessary. This is irresponsibility.!
