Today at 7:00 PM, I bought a pencil eyeliner called Deborah 24OreExtra from a branch in Kadıköy. When I got home and opened the package, the eyeliner would not apply at all—it was completely dried out and empty.
Did I seriously pay for nothing? If I had bought a random, unregulated eyeliner from somewhere else, at least it wouldn’t have been dried out. And this is supposed to be a well-known and trusted brand.
