On June 18, 2025, around 6:50 PM, I purchased a Deborah eyebrow-setting product from the Velux Gratis store in Ankara based on a staff recommendation. However, I have never seen a product this ineffective and poor in performance.

It was recommended to me as a good product, but it is absolutely terrible. It has almost no effect at all—it feels like applying water to my eyebrows. It is impossible for an eyebrow-setting product to be this ineffective. I am requesting a solution regarding this issue.
