Wrong Deborah Product Sold and Store Refused Return

Yesterday, I went to the store to buy a Deborah eyeliner. I clearly and repeatedly asked whether it was an eyeliner, and the staff told me yes. However, it turned out to be an eyebrow pencil.

When I went back to exchange it, they told me to come back the next day. When I returned, they then said they could not accept a return. Not only was I sold the wrong product, but I was also made to waste my time trying to fix a mistake that was not mine.
