Deborah Milano Eyeliner Arrived Dry and Unusable at Watsons

About two weeks ago, I purchased a Deborah Milano eyeliner from the Watsons Talas Bahçelievler store. The first time I used the product, I noticed that it was already dry and defective from the very first application. As soon as I applied it, the eyeliner dried out immediately and started flaking.
I reported this issue to the store right away. However, the store employees told me that they had taken my information and that I would receive a message. Despite visiting the store twice, no action was taken and the message I was promised never arrived. Even though the store is far from my home, I was sent back and forth for nothing.
Because I paid by card and provided the exact time of purchase, they were able to locate my receipt. Since the product was clearly defective, I believe I have the right to a refund or exchange. After everything I have experienced, I am requesting a full refund for the product.
