Dear Sir/Madam, We have been using the DAIKIN SENSIRA 12000 BTU/H – FTXF35E INVERTER AIR CONDITIONER R32 model in our home, and we have recently noticed deformations on the aluminum heat exchanger (fins) located just behind the protective panel of the indoor unit, without any external intervention. My wife and I use the device very carefully and strictly follow the instructions in the user manual. There has been no impact, physical contact, or improper handling of the unit at any time. However, as can be clearly seen in the attached photos, a localized and irregular deformation has occurred, which is difficult to explain. During my initial contact with the authorized service team, I was informed that the cause of this deformation could not be clearly identified and that it does not pose a risk for continued use. However, climate control specialists I have consulted suggested that this situation could result from expansion due to freezing and thawing, manufacturing stress deformation, or an internal structural issue. They also emphasized that the aluminum fins are specifically designed to optimize airflow and improve heating/cooling performance, and any deformation in this area could lead to airflow irregularities, localized performance losses, increased energy consumption, and even condensation drainage problems in the indoor unit. Therefore, I request that this issue be addressed under warranty, and instead of attempting to correct the fins with a fin comb, I request a replacement of the affected part to restore the unit to its original, factory condition. As a customer who purchased this unit brand new on July 10, 2024, and has used it for less than a year, I strongly refuse to continue using a product that has lost its original structural integrity. It is disappointing to learn that my request for part replacement has been denied by Daikin and that only a fin comb adjustment was offered. As a leading brand in the HVAC industry, I trust that Daikin values customer satisfaction, and I kindly request that my case be urgently re-evaluated and that I be contacted as soon as possible. Attached are the relevant photographs of the issue. Kind regards, Murat S*** P***
