My Daikin Sensira 18,000 BTU Air Conditioner Failed and I Got No Support

Last year, in 2023, I purchased a Daikin Sensira 18,000 BTU air conditioner, under the impression that Daikin was the top choice. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to utilize the air conditioner since last year. Now, in the summertime, I attempted to activate it, only to encounter a series of errors. I am very sad about the lack of responsiveness from the customer service representatives at Daikin. It is truly disheartening to see them behave in this manner. Despite my insistence on the importance of the matter, they failed to offer any help. Ab****, the representative from the call center, guided me to a service center in Adapazarı, even though I reside in Ankara. In my personal view, no air conditioner can compare to Daikin. Simply put, avoid Daikin at all costs.
The issue still hasn't been resolved, I'm still waiting. The service came and said a part would arrive, but no one has called or followed up.
