“Thank you for following up on the problem I experienced last year.”

Since the 26th of January 2023, I have been unable to receive any form of technical support despite the fact that I have been a customer of Daikin Turkey and have used their gas boiler. Despite the fact that the boiler displayed an error code, it has now completely shut down, leaving me without heat in the middle of winter. It is inexcusable for a business that operates solely in Turkey to fail to offer sufficient customer support for the products they sell there. The fact that Daikin Turkey has not provided any assistance or solution to the problem has left me feeling highly unhappy.
