Daikin Combi Flashing  Error Code 1166, I'm Pregnant and Cold!!!

On 19.12.2023, the service came, and they saw that the device was burning with an explosion and gave errors 1164-1165-1166. Neither the hot water nor the radiators are working in any way, and my request for a replacement was supposed to be written down. I had discussed this with the headquarters. Despite insisting to the regional manager Mr. Mustafa that I am requesting a replacement, he insists on doing a part replacement. I do not accept this in any way. The first service that came tried two second-hand (used) gas valve parts, and the device was occasionally producing hot water. After testing the parts, the device does not work at all. I have photos and videos of these parts, and I no longer trust the service. Maybe they damaged my device by testing a faulty part. I urgently request the approval and installation of my device replacement request.

We installed a Daikin brand combi in January and started using it in June. For the past three weeks, it has been displaying error code 1166. The service has come three times, stating that there is a different issue each time, but the problem remains unresolved. Concerned about getting sick from the cold, especially during pregnancy in the winter, I no longer want this device and request a replacement.

The exchange was approved, and my product arrived. During this process, I would like to especially thank Mr. Mert from the General Directorate and my brother Furkan from Eka service for their efforts and attention. "I called the service for the 5th time for the product I bought brand new 2 months ago. The service checked my product just yesterday, loaded parameters again, and left. Once again, it made a popping sound, gave error 1165, and the red light turned on. Then it fixed itself and started working again. For God's sake, solve this problem already. It's a brand new boiler, brand new. A pop, a sound. Enough already. Did we find our lives on the road? I sincerely request the authorities to resolve my grievance as soon as possible. Either take back your boiler and refund my money, or replace the boiler already."
