Daikin Siesta Sensira 12000BTU Air Conditioner Is Noisy and Still Not Fixed
The Daikin Siesta Sensira 12000BTU air conditioner, which has not been used for 6 months, has been working very loudly since the day it was purchased. Despite my repeated calls to customer service, the issue remains unresolved, and the noise has only worsened over time. The service does not produce a solution to this and says that the motor needs to be replaced. I even requested a replacement unit, but they insist on repairing the faulty one instead. And I have been waiting for 3 months for the service to produce a solution for this troublesome motor. The lack of communication and support from the company is truly disappointing. Pay attention to the product you will buy and do not deal with it for months like me.
