"On 19.12.2023, the service came, and they saw that the device was burning with an explosion and gave errors 1164-1165-1166. Neither the hot water nor the radiators are working in any way, and my request for a replacement was supposed to be written down. I had discussed this with the headquarters. Despite insisting to the regional manager Mr. Mustafa that I am requesting a replacement, he insists on doing a part replacement. I do not accept this in any way. The first service that came tried two second-hand (used) gas valve parts, and the device was occasionally producing hot water. After testing the parts, the device does not work at all. I have photos and videos of these parts, and I no longer trust the service. Maybe they damaged my device by testing a faulty part. I urgently request the approval and installation of my device replacement request."
