Daikin AC Is Leaking Gas, Damaged Machine, Warranty Not Put in Place
Due to a change of address in September of last year, the service handled the transportation process and collected the fee. After some time had passed, I turned it on and realized it wasn't producing enough heat. I contacted the service, who informed me that they had run out of gas and pumped more before departing. After switching to natural gas, I didn't use it for a while. The service came out about a week after I called for air conditioning help because the weather was getting hot. They took the indoor and outdoor units apart, found that the AC was leaking gas, and then took it away after mentioning that they would put it through a nitrogen test. They came back to tell you that your machine was fine 20 days later, but that they needed to remove the pipes so they could install it. A week after that, they left. I contacted the service headquarters, and they assured me that they could fix it with a comb, but that it would not affect the machine's functionality. A few days later, when I opened it to clean the filters, I noticed that nearly every part of my machine was crushed. Service control only oversaw the transportation and assembly of my machine while it was still under warranty. They took my machine apart and then departed, but the one I received was different. Either they brought in a new machine and set it up, or they just can't handle this kind of delivery. I'm suing daikin them for a replacement, and I'm also suing headquarters. Even though it is still under warranty, my product has lost its pristine condition.
