BekoDiswasher Is Draining Water, Temporary Fixes Won't Solve It!!

I called the service for my dishwasher because it was draining water. They said they would change the card, and I agreed and paid for it. Three days later, the service came and replaced the card. They also said the part they installed had a one-year warranty. I said okay. The next day, the machine gave the same problem as if it was never repaired. I called again, they came. However, this is the fourth time it's having the same issue. Every service person who came blamed the previous one for not doing the job properly and left with temporary fixes. In short, no solution was offered. The part they installed didn't work. Instead, as a customer, they exhausted me both emotionally and financially.

Because I wrote a complaint on Sikayetvar, they came and took my machine. However, this time they charged an additional ₺2,050. Yet, the replaced part was under warranty, and if the same issue occurred within a year, it was supposed to be repaired for free. However, it malfunctioned four times in a month, and they are demanding payment again. If Beko continues to inconvenience customers like this, it's more reasonable to choose a different, more reliable brand. At least, we can say it's not a quality product
