On 12/08/2025, I reached an agreement with the Ankara Renault Dacia Cihan dealership for the purchase of a 2025 model mineral gray Dacia Sandero Stepway 1.0 TCe Extreme, engine number H4DE470D700202 and chassis number UU1DJF00375151217, for a cash price of ₺1,235,000. I shared my identity and contact details, transferred ₺500,000 as a deposit the same day, and ₺293,150 the following day to their official account. I received my proforma invoice on 26/08/2025 via WhatsApp, arranged my traffic insurance and comprehensive insurance on 27/08/2025, and completed the remaining payment on 30/08/2025. However, when I spoke with the dealership regarding delivery, the sales representative, Mr. S****, told me that the manager would not deliver the car and instead could only provide a lower-tier Expression package, claiming that Dacia headquarters had withdrawn the vehicle from the system. I stated that I did not accept this and would pursue legal action, yet the dealership insisted they would only refund my money and could not offer any other solution. They also verbally demanded an additional ₺120,000 in cash. I have all the correspondence, receipts, and invoices. I also contacted Renault headquarters, provided my documents, and they acknowledged my grievance and promised assistance. Nevertheless, the dealership manager is still refusing to deliver my car, which has been sitting in their lot for a week. Since I sold gold to make the payments, I also suffered significant financial loss due to the increase in gold prices. My expectation is that the dealership delivers the vehicle, which I have fully paid for and is ready in their lot, without further delay. I request that the authorities investigate the unlawful and unethical conduct of the dealership and ensure that my grievance is resolved.
