2025 Dacia Sandero Stepway Is Taking In Water!

We received our 2025 Dacia Sandero Stepway from Çanakkale Renault Saruhan Automotive on 03/26/2025. The rushed after-hours delivery prevented proper inspection. Insufficient staff were present, and we weren't informed about the initial 1000km/break-in period. On 03/29/2025, en route to Eskişehir for the holiday, we noticed the handbrake console's plastic trim was misaligned. We couldn't report it then. On 04/01/2025, heavy rain fell overnight in Eskişehir. The next morning, water was inside the front left door's lower seal. Being within the first 1000km, we visited Renault-Dacia Sarar Automotive in Eskişehir. Service forms 250400033 & 250400034 (04/02/2025) documented the confirmed defects. Renault HQ was contacted. Mr. Sedat (service) photographed the issues; we also provided images. They found no door/seal problem, source unknown. Mr. S***, Ms. C***, & Ms. B*** witnessed the water. The console issue was deemed a manufacturing defect, present at delivery. HQ approved driving it, so we returned to Çanakkale. On 04/04/2025, we contacted Saruhan Automotive again. Service form 250400149 (04/21/2025) reconfirmed the Eskişehir defects. The car repeatedly leaks. We demand a replacement per Consumer Protection Law #6502. Renault-Mais refuses, causing grievance and loss. This has severely impacted my mental health; I've started therapy. Our wedding savings were invested. Resale value is now lower. As loyal customers with a serviced 2017 Renault Kangoo, this treatment is unfair. We chose Renault-Dacia due to trust, regrettably.
