Coursera Application Form Button Not Working

I previously completed a course on Coursera and successfully received my certificate. Recently, I attempted to fill out an application form for a different activity on the platform. Despite completing all required fields, the "Next" button remains inactive and appears semi-transparent, preventing me from proceeding.

I’ve tried troubleshooting by creating a new account and using different devices, but the issue persists. This has caused significant frustration as it prevents me from moving forward with my application.

I kindly request that Coursera investigate this technical issue and provide a solution promptly. As a user who has already trusted the platform for educational purposes, I expect better functionality and support. Please resolve this matter urgently.
