4rabet Marked My ₹4,000 Withdrawal as Paid but I Never Received It
I am writing to raise a complaint about a withdrawal issue I experienced on 4rabet. On 4 June 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 4,000 INR via bank transfer to my HDFC bank account using the token A1DAyOrj1M7gZijFUeTpXsTwErnd2Gag. On the 4rabet website, the status of this transaction is shown as “paid out,” but the money has never been credited to my bank account. I am using 4rabet from India, and I have waited for the amount to arrive, but there has been no credit to my HDFC account despite the platform marking it as completed. This situation is very concerning because the status suggests the payment was made, while in reality I have not received the funds. I request that 4rabet urgently investigates this specific withdrawal and either immediately credits the 4,000 INR to my HDFC account or clearly resolves the discrepancy between the “paid out” status and the fact that no money has been received. I expect this issue to be handled as soon as possible and the missing amount to be paid without any further delay.
I have already provided my bank statement to your team multiple times, but there is still no resolution to my issue.
