Coursera Error Prevents Access to Courses, Request Immediate Resolution

For the past 5-6 days, I have been unable to access my courses on Coursera due to persistent errors on both the website and the app. Despite trying different devices and browsers, the problem remains unresolved. I keep receiving a “data not found” error, and at times, buttons don’t respond at all.
I have paid for these courses and certificates, so this issue is unacceptable. I contacted support multiple times and received responses, but no real solution has been provided. Based on what I’ve read, I’m not the only one facing this issue.
This ongoing problem is preventing me from continuing my education. Coursera must address this issue immediately to ensure users can access their courses without disruption.
