Umingle Account Banned For Under 18 While I'm 19

I am 19 years old and my Umingle account was suddenly banned while I was using the platform normally via a web browser. I was not doing anything unusual or violating any rules to my knowledge, and the ban happened without any prior warning. When I tried to log in again, I did not receive any clear message or explanation about the reason for this ban, and I have not received any email either. At this stage I have not yet been able to contact support directly, so I am using this complaint to request that my situation be reviewed. I kindly request that my account be checked as soon as possible and that my Umingle account be immediately reactivated, as I believe this ban was applied in error. I also ask to be informed of the specific reason for the ban if there is any alleged violation.
