I Got Charged 3 Times for Corendon Bike Service but Only Received 1 Refund

Before my flight with Corendon Airlines, I tried to purchase an extra service for my spouse’s bicycle through their website. The fee was around ₺2,500, and I attempted the payment, thinking the first attempt didn’t go through. But to my shock, I was charged three separate times for the same service.

I immediately contacted Corendon through their online customer form, as there’s no proper support option via phone or chat. They refunded only one of the extra payments, even though I clearly explained I was charged three times for the same request. When I called them, they refused to assist me and told me to submit another form online—which I did, multiple times, with no response.

It’s unacceptable that a company this large doesn’t have a proper, responsive support system and that they’re essentially keeping my money without cause. This isn’t just a technical issue anymore; it feels like theft. I’m demanding that the remaining charges be refunded immediately and that Corendon improves their customer service infrastructure to prevent others from going through this.
