Corendon Airlines Refuses Refund for Canceled Flight – Unfair Ticket Policy

On January 28, 2025, I purchased a Corendon Airlines ticket (PNR: YK095E) for the Antalya-Dresden flight on March 1, 2025. I was waiting for my Erasmus internship agreement document to be mailed from my company in Germany, but unfortunately, it did not arrive on time.

When I tried to cancel my ticket a week before my flight, I was told that no refund would be issued. As a recent graduate and currently unemployed, losing 7,000₺ is a huge financial burden for me. Even a partial refund would have been a fair solution.

I am deeply disappointed with Corendon Airlines and will never use their services again. I also won’t recommend them to anyone. Unfair policies like this should change!
