I purchased two pairs of shoes from Converse's website (E*** Perakende in Turkey) as a birthday present for my wife. Yesterday evening, at 5:36 PM, I received a notification stating that the shoes had been delivered to me. However, I have yet to receive them.
I'm facing the same issue again with Converse/E*** Perakende for the second time. I encountered a similar situation in the past, back when I purchased a gift for my husband on Father's Day. I spent a significant amount of time on the phone with them and the shipping company, and ultimately, they decided to refund my money. Because of their actions, I was unable to present my husband with a gift on Father's Day.
I assumed it was an isolated incident, so I decided to give them another chance. However, I'm encountering the exact same issue once again. There seems to be a problem with the shipping company they utilize, as it is nearly impossible to get in touch with them using the provided contact number. Once, I was determined to get through, so I patiently waited on hold for half an hour, listening to the soothing music. However, my efforts were in vain as no one ever answered the phone. Converse/E*** Perakende also contacts the shipping company to report the issue through messages. It's fortunate if the shipping company responds. If not, unfortunately, you're out of luck and will have to invest a significant amount of time and effort in resolving the issue or pursuing a refund. If it's a present, you're pretty much out of luck.
I've had enough of Converse/E*** Perakende and this will be my final order with them. However, I do hope they can locate my package and expedite its delivery to me. I would appreciate it if the products I ordered could be delivered promptly, rather than receiving a refund.
In my opinion, it would be wise for them to discontinue their collaboration with this shipping company. Representing numerous brands in Turkey in this manner is not ideal, or perhaps it should be reconsidered. It would be beneficial for someone competent to assume control. These brands no longer hold my interest.

The brand's customer service representative from "Şikayet Var" got in touch; the product had gone to Izmir, then was transferred to Istanbul, and is currently in the transfer stage again. The message was sent to me by mistake. The person who called was very polite and attentive, and said they would follow up on it. I hope my products reach me as soon as possible. I thank "Şikayet Var" and will keep them updated on the developments.
