Converse Shoes Ordered Online Had to Be Returned Due to Size - No Refund Yet

I ordered a pair of shoes from Converse's official website. When the shoes arrived, they were way too big, so I had to return them. It's been almost two weeks since Converse received the return, but I've heard nothing. No updates about the shoes being received, inspected, or the refund process starting. Typically, you get some response when you return something, but there has been complete silence from Converse. I called at the end of the first week, and they confirmed the shoes had been received and that the inspection process takes seven days. Now it’s been two weeks, and I still have no refund. I left a message on their site two days ago asking for an update, but no one has contacted me. I won't shop with them again. Their customer service is nonexistent.
