Unresolved Converse Shoe Refund After 45 Days

I bought a pair of shoes from Eren Retail and Textile, which is the official website for Converse brand, on November 9, 2023. I returned the shoes for a refund right away, but it's been 45 days and I still haven't gotten my money back. I call customer service every day and they always tell me that there's no new information from the refund department. I'm still frustrated with this situation. It's really disappointing to see a well-known company handling this situation in such a disheartening way.
