Every request I've made has been assured that it will be shipped on time. Amazon's latest response—claiming the product is out of stock and suggesting cancellation—is disheartening and infuriating. The sneakers were 3600 TL on Turkish websites when I ordered them, compounding the problem. The same product costs 5000 TL now. Amazon's sale of a product that wasn't available may have cost customers a lot of money and left them vulnerable. This experience has made me question Amazon's customer service and business ethics.
