Unhappy with Converse Warranty! Cracked Shoes, Replacement Refused
I got myself a pair of Convers shoes that I really liked, but after only a few months, I noticed some tiny cracks on the front and sides. Even though the warranty was still valid, my request for a replacement product was rejected. This issue, which came from the company, ended up costing us a lot. I'm really bummed out that these cracks showed up even though I hardly wore the shoes. I had assumed this brand would endure for a lifetime, but it didn't even make it through a year. If I don't receive a new product, I'll make sure to file a complaint with Consumer Rights. Please do what needs to be done.

I was told that I have the right to return it again, but I was also told that I would get the same result even if I returned the product again. The supplier site did not give me a return code and my problem was not resolved.
