I have never encountered such indifference before. As seen in the visuals, there is an obvious flaw that is not my fault. Despite being less than a year since I purchased these shoes, they come with a two-year warranty. However, they have been utterly unhelpful. I sent them directly for inspection, and they returned saying, 'there is no defect due to production.' How can there be no manufacturing error? I've asked this to many people, and everyone insists it's a clear production issue. I haven't washed the shoes, and I've taken proper care of them.
