No Response to My Converse Shoe Sole Breaking!

Even though I used the product very cleanly and carefully, the sole of the Converse shoe I purchased 10 months ago came off as a manufacturer's fault due to the use of poor-quality materials. I sent the product to be examined under warranty for two years (supposedly). They simply opened the box and returned it to my address with no information or explanation, crumpling my invoice and review request letter alongside the shoes, as if they had not been examined. I repeated my complaint via e-mail, sent it to them, and requested information. They returned it to me in the same sloppy bin toss with no notifications! I demand a thorough review (!) as well as a logical explanation from your company, followed by a return or replacement! I've been wearing Converse for 15 years and haven't bought another pair in days. A shoe's sole cannot be opened in 10 months and cannot be blamed on user error. Despite the fact that this company did not bother to claim it, you threw the shoes in the box and sent them to me as if they were garbage. Disgrace. For your information, I will continue to send this product for review over and over until my complaint is resolved.
