Converse Chuck Taylor Turned Yellow After Only Two Wears

I purchased a pair of Converse CT Chuck Taylor All Star Core white men's sneakers (size 42) through the In Street mobile application. After wearing the shoes only once or twice, noticeable yellow stains appeared on both shoes in exactly the same locations, making them look as though they had been heavily worn for a long time. The discoloration is clearly visible along the seam where the fabric upper meets the rubber sole on both shoes. The fact that identical yellowing developed in the same areas on both shoes after such minimal use raises serious concerns about the product's quality and suggests a possible manufacturing defect.

I used the shoes with great care and strictly followed the manufacturer's care instructions. They were never exposed to bleach, detergents, harsh chemicals, or improper cleaning methods. Despite this, the response I received implied that the problem was caused by user error, as though I had failed to use or care for the product correctly. I completely reject this conclusion. The identical yellow stains appearing on both shoes, specifically along the junction between the fabric and rubber components, strongly indicate that the issue is related to a defect in the product rather than the way it was used.

As a customer, I am extremely disappointed by an approach that automatically places all responsibility on the consumer. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in both In Street and FLO, which belong to the same retail group. Automatically attributing product defects to customer misuse without an objective evaluation is not an acceptable way to handle legitimate warranty claims.

I respectfully request that the shoes be re-examined through an impartial and objective inspection, that the product be recognized as defective, and that I be offered either a full refund or a replacement with a new pair of the same model in defect-free condition. I ask that this matter be resolved promptly and fairly.
