Converse Shoes Discoloration and Poor Customer Service
I purchased a pair of white Converse shoes from Armada Superstep in November 2023. Upon first use, the front part of the shoe developed a glue-like discoloration. The product was sent for inspection and was deemed faulty, resulting in an exchange. However, the new pair also developed the same yellow stain. Once again, the shoes were sent for inspection, but this time they claimed it was user error and did not provide a refund or exchange. The shoes have now failed completely.
I feel that the money I spent is not justified. It’s supposed to be a world-renowned brand, yet they do not accept responsibility for a defective product. Clearly, this series is faulty. I leave it to God; I hope they pay dearly for this. I do not forgive them. I will never buy Converse again and will discourage others from doing so. It's a shame.
Do not even think about buying white Converse shoes, and don't even go near Converse. Supposedly, they have a 2-year warranty, but they didn't even acknowledge their own fault. Over 2,000 lira of mine went to waste. I hope that the over 2,000 lira I lost comes back to you many times over. You managed to get away with it in this world with your biased experts; pay the price in the next world if you can. Your primitive retailing approach is so hollow that it's like a corner store.
