Buying Converse brand shoes is a serious regret. Definitely do not choose this brand. The seller, Eren Holding, does not stand behind the product either. We bought Converse brand shoes for ₺2,399 from the Converse store belonging to Eren Holding located in Ankara Kentpark AVM on June 23, 2024. As in the pictures, the inner parts of both pairs of shoes were torn from the plastic back support (but what support) part. We went to the store on August 4, 2024, submitted our complaint in writing and handed the shoe over to the officer. In short, the usage period of the shoes is 42 days. So, before even 2 months, the back parts of the shoes were torn. Today, on September 1, 2024, we went to the store to find out the result. After 27 days, the shoes were returned to us due to user error and no exchange was made. Since the box was returned to us exactly as we gave it, the product was obviously not even sent for inspection. kh was written on paper (user error) and no explanation was given to us. Maybe it was the store clerks who wrote 'K'. If the factory or a real product expert has actually examined this, I will apologize to the entire team if they can provide me with the inspection report and prove how the user made these tears and used it incorrectly. But since they knew very well that there was no such thing, they could not even make a statement.
