I am going to keep spreading my complaint across all of these platforms. I bought four Continental Premium Contact 6 tires about a month ago, and they are widely regarded as the best option currently available. Nevertheless, while I was driving at a moderate speed of between 60 and 70 kilometers per hour (km/h), one of the tires mysteriously tore near the rim, and as a result, I was left stranded on the road late at night. This well-known brand has let me and my family down, which has caused us a great deal of inconvenience and anxiety.

Air loss during use causes the tire to overheat, which in turn leads to sudden disintegration of the tire. The possible scenarios are outlined in the service bulletin we have shared in the attachment. The warranty procedure covers manufacturing, workmanship, and material defects. The situation identified with your tire is due to external factors and is specified under the "Usage Errors" section of the product warranty certificate. Article 1 – Damages caused by unsuitable road conditions such as potholes, bumps, curbs, and low shoulders. Article 2 – Damages caused by hard and sharp objects such as glass, nails, stones, metal, etc. Article 9 – Damages occurring in tires used with air pressure not conforming to the specified standards. Standard, copy-paste responses. If anyone is reading this message, I would say do not choose this brand. Don't be fooled by the so-called roadside assistance either. I call, and they tell me I have to wait until morning. I've been buying tires for years, and this is the first time I've had a complaint about a tire brand. It seems customer satisfaction means nothing to you. From now on, I won't recommend Continental to anyone.
