I Face a Traction and Hardness Problem With My Michelin Primacy 4 and 4 Plus Tires

After driving only 10,000 kilometers on my Michelin Primacy 4 and 4 Plus tires, I started experiencing significant loss of traction and increased hardness. These issues occur consistently and have a negative impact on my driving safety.
I purchased the tires from an authorized Michelin dealer, and they are still under one year of warranty. I sent the tires in for service, but was informed that no replacement or refund would be made. When I contacted Michelin customer service, I was told to send a written letter instead of receiving any practical support or solution.
I am requesting a permanent resolution, either through replacement of the defective tires or a full refund. My customer number is 54124101. I expect Michelin to take responsibility for this issue and to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
I applied to the Sarıçam Consumer Arbitration Board; after about eight months an expert was appointed, examined the documents and said the tires had deteriorated because they were left on the shelf, and ruled in my favor. Mishel called and we replaced three tires with Primacy 5 (because they didn’t have Primacy 4 or 4 Plus). I had filed a complaint for three tires because the dealer refused to accept one tire that had a patch, claiming it was unacceptable. However, even with a patch the warranty should have continued. Because of their incompetence I had to buy another tire out of my own pocket for ₺10,000. The company’s regional manager first said they would try to give us four Adev, then changed their mind and replaced three units. I also paid the tire replacement fee myself. They kept telling me ‘don’t try your luck, we never see a winner.’ In the end, albeit late, we got our rights. I wish they had refunded the fee; I would never deal with this company again.
