I made a deposit of ₹2,000 to Jalwa Game via UPI on 14 February at around 6:10 pm. The payment was successfully completed on my side and I have the UPI transaction/reference IDs RC2026021418060858202168a and T2602141810013855618546, but the amount has still not been credited to my Jalwa Game account. Despite the payment being deducted from my bank account and showing as successful in my UPI records, my Jalwa Game balance has not been updated. I have tried to contact support, but I have not received any reply so far. I request that this ₹2,000 deposit be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible and that I be informed about the reason for this issue.
